Problem Statement

Wow! Eleven months later and I'm still working on my Pre-proposal! I made some minor changes based on my Mentor's suggestions. Finally on the 5th submission, he sent it to the other two committee members. One of them sent it back tore up from the floor up! But that was a good thing. At least I got some solid feedback. Now, I'm working on a slightly different angle. Instead of just getting survey input from developers (what do they know anyway--just kidding!), I'm going quantitative and measuring the difference in production and instruction metrics before and after ISO 9000 certification. That should sit better with the powers that be and maybe even have something to say to the ID community as well. Onward!
